Im back from weigh-in. I was down 1.6 lbs, Kathy was down 5.5 lbs, Pam lost 2.2 lbs and Wendy lost .2lbs. We all lost Yay! Wendy is probably the biggest loser. She is down almost 30 lbs. Kathy did all protein for a week. The people with the most weight loss didnt work out but one day this week. I worked out twice and will go tonight. I feel better about crunching on my celery sticks last night. LOL
Not much going on around here. Bryan and Jonathan wont be going on my beach trip because he has ACT exams that Saturday. I asked Gay to go and she said it sounded wonderful to her. She is taking a break from chemo and needs a break from reality. We will have fun im sure of it!
Not much else to write about. Only this slight pet peeve. Am I the only one who gets a bit annoyed when someone posts on Facebook, "Pray for such and such happening today." Then they never update. Not a thing. Did they die? Did they do okay? Do they still need prayers? I hate the one liners. Sort of why I dont get into twitter I guess.
