I had a pretty good weekend except I ate too much. I so dread weigh in this week. I made yummy potato soup and pigs in blankets for supper last night. Saturday I made a big roast with veggies. Tonite will be leftovers or "must goes" as an old boss of mine used to say.

Speaking of bosses, Gays boss has friended me over on facebook. That is fine with me because I like him and he is pretty cool. Last night he emailed me a couple of times asking about Gay. Then he was commenting on stuff. I think its funny that he is so into facebook. Course I am too so maybe birds of a feather. My boss couldnt be bothered. :)

Im posting Valentines quotes all this week. I am doing a little project for this weekend so I am putting my favs out here for you to enjoy. Here is todays offering.

The greatest thing you'll ever learn
Is to love and be loved in return.

Ive got a case of the dont wanna work Mondays bad today. I havent done much of anything to speak pf and its after 12 noon. I just dont want to get involved in anything big just now. I would have to think and my mind is not in thinking mode now.

We are bidding on a wedding dress on Ebay. Kristy has tried on the dress at Davids Bridal and loved it. It is 400 bucks there. The bidding on Ebay started at 49.99. Its going up but I have a sniper bid on it for the most we will pay. Its new with tags. Hope we get it. Thats a big expense right there.

Bryan paid down on Jonathans class ring today. He is a junior this year. So we are at the start of all things to head up to graduation. He was a counselor at our church camp this past weekend. He came home last night and said "Im going to Beth and Bobs to watch the game." Beth and Bob are the youth leaders at our church. I like them both. He is a lawyer who also loves music. Beth is a childrens social worker. They have a gorgeous house at the golf course. Ive known Beth a long time. She was friends with a former boss's wife.

I told Bryan last night I think we are about to be empty nesters. Ive been there before but he hasnt. Kristy moved to Mobile when Jodi was 6 weeks old. I cried and cried. I remember when she climbed into the moving truck. We were all crying. I was so lonely in my big old house. Im all good now though. Guess its just a rite of passage for us moms.
